All callers must be on the prisoner’s visitor list. The main caller must be over 18. Under-18s can join if they are on the list.
- What ID you need
A picture of your passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address if your ID does not show it. You must be over 18.

The Official page says it can take up to 24 hours for your account to be verified.
